Asking us to delete your data

You can ask Al Jesr LLC (Al Jesr LLC, registered in the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC No. 03699), with its registered office at Office No. 8, Floor No. 1, QFC Tower 1, Doha, Qatar) to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data held for any platform we operate.

How to make a request

Send an email to info@aljesragency.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Please include:

• Your full name.
• The email address or phone number you used when you contacted us or signed up.
• Which website or platform your data relates to (aljesragency.com, Praxella, Praxadent, Praxadem or SkillUp Teens).
• Whether you want all of your data deleted or only certain information.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request, so that we do not delete or disclose data for the wrong person.

What happens next

We will respond within 30 days. If we delete your data we will confirm by email. If the law requires us to keep some information (for example financial or legal records), we will tell you what we are keeping and why, and delete the rest.
